  Kali is a very good manager. He always make us feel welcomed and very attentive towards our needs. The hotel is clean and have plenty of space car parking.
  
  Rooms are large and have a nice view.
  
  We will definitely by returning to his friendly place.

  Motel wanting to be a hotel. Interior is definitely looking like a hotel, well renovated, but the building outside looks like a motel. I am not so happy with their services though, because they kept on knocking the door and disturbing every morning. Location is not so friendly to those who do not have a vehicle, too far away from the city. Recommended if you have a car and only want a decent looking room.

  Killara Hotel & Suites was a delight.
  
  From the great staff and front of house experience, my night stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The new in house restaurant is a breath of fresh air of Asian fusion with dedicated chefs, be sure to grab some drinks from the great bartenders while you wait for your food. Can't wait for the new downstairs bar to be opened there in the coming weeks.
  
  The in room entertainment is super easy and modern, with smart connections to your phone with your current streaming apps at your fingertips.
  
  My experience was more than satisfactory, this is my go to stay now. Everything was exemplary!

  I was fortunate to be invited to an event for The Hornsby-Ku-Ring-Gai Post at the Killara Hotel and Suites recently which was held in the court yard. It was a most enjoyable event with friendly staff, excellent food, and a very convivial environment. The new management have done a great job with the recent extensive renovations.

  Very nice place appears to be newly renovated.
  Room is basic clean and you need to supply anything (like water) that you may need.
  Quite quiet if you are light sleeper.
  There is no table or anything such as a workstation so working in your room sitting on the bed isn't really feasible.
  Very conformable bedding.
  Dinner menu is good and the meals servings quality and quantity is very good.
  Reception and dining room staff are very polite and efficient.
  Car Park can be a bit of squeeze.
  If checking-out early there is no provision for leaving the room key so you will need to lock it in your room and phone the reception after 7:30am to advise you've checked out.
  The functions rooms are very good but again the limited parking may preclude using this venue.

  Very dirty, poorly maintained room with a noisy bathroom fan. Room was very dusty and poorly cleaned. Air conditioner was completely choked with dust, little fridge needs defrosting (ice overwhelms the entire fridge). Stayed one night and left as soon as I woke.

  We arrived and were given a room. When we went to the room it was disgusting, ripped carpet, burnt iron makes in the carpet, mold in the bathroom/ shower recess, fridge that wasn't working had ice all through it and the room had an odour of what I wasn't too sure about.
  Whent to the reception and informed them of the state of the room, so they let us look at two other rooms. They were both terrible again mould in the bathroom/ shower recess, worn carpet, fridges that weren't working properly, so back to reception and ask for a refund. Sorry no refunds. Started a conversation with the employee about a refund and he said it was the policy of the motel and he could not give us a refund. So due to our financial situation we were forced to stay in the rooms. We picked the least hated room and uncomfortably settled in. Them to discover the toilet roll kept falling off the wall, the toilet seat would move as it wasn't tightened down to the bowl.
  The end of stay could not come quick enough and we left after 3 long nights.
  So if you plan on staying here look at the rooms before you pay.
